The Employee Management System (EMS) is a web-based application designed to streamline the management of employee data, task assignments, and leave requests within an organization.
It provides a secure and efficient platform for administrators to manage employee records, oversee leave applications, and assign tasks, while allowing employees to view personal details, update task statuses, and apply for leave.
Developed using HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL, and hosted on an XAMPP server, the EMS aims to improve administrative efficiency and employee engagement through a user-friendly interface and centralized data management.
This system addresses the limitations of traditional manual processes, ensuring accuracy and enhancing productivity.
Authentication:
Providing a secure login for both administrators and employees.
Admin :
Enabling administrators to add employee details, view employee detail, edit employee detail, delete employee details, view leave requests, approve leave request ,reject leave request , and task assignments, view assign tasks.
Employee:
Allowing employees to view personal details, view update task statuses, and apply for leave.

Implementing search and pagination functionalities for efficient data retrieval and display.
